New runRead the API documentation

Three ways in

  • A link. Paste a YouTube URL in any of its shapes, or a bare video id.
  • A file. Drag in audio or video. Large files transfer resumably.
  • A recording. Tap record and talk, for two minutes or two hours. Audio is uploaded as it is made.

Six formats

Prose, Speakers, Timestamped, SRT, VTT, JSON.

What is promised

  1. Source audio is deleted within 24 hours of a transcript being made, and immediately if the run or the account is deleted.
  2. Transcripts persist until deleted, and deleting one deletes it — rows and objects both.
  3. Nobody else's recordings run on private hardware.
  4. A failure is explained in a sentence.
  5. Progress is honest.
  6. Nothing is silently dropped.
